No such thing as a bad question.

Whether it’s your first or 50th, investing in a new fence is an important decision for your home or business. Below are some answers to our most frequently asked questions.

How long will it take?

While every project is different, we work as quickly as possible from quote to finished fence. Your timeline will depend on the size of the job and how soon you book with us.

Do you offer a warranty?

Absolutely.
Our chain link fence warranty is good for life.
Wood & Ornamental fences come with a 5 year guarantee. All of our posts are secured in concrete, ensuring a secure and durable finished product every time.

How much will it cost?

The price is determined by the colour, height, material type and quantity of material your fence requires. Fanshaw Fence accepts Credit, Debit, and E -Transfer.

Alberta One Call must be contacted to locate any underground utilities near your fence line:

Our entire crew including the owners.
They will meet you for your quote, dig the holes (with some help), and we build your fence together as a team.

What type of materials do you use?

Fanshaw Fence does every variety of chain link available using developer grade nine gauge mesh and large diameter posts.
Our wood fences are built using cedar or pressure treated lumber. Ornamental Fence is the modern alternative traditional “Wrought Iron.” Although, similar in appearance, today’s Ornamental Fence is more durable and economical.

My landscaping isn't finished. Can you still build a fence?

Yes! In fact, building your fence before landscaping is the ideal time to do it. Fanshaw fence can coordinate with your landscape contractor to deliver a seamless installation of your fence and landscape.

Will this new project make a mess?

Our low-impact construction methods mean we dig holes by hand and include site clean up in every job. We’re extremely careful to leave your property in better shape than we found it. You’ll never be left with construction materials, garbage or dirt on-site.
